What is the problem here? It's a scam, a very dirty scam for those who do not understand how it work and just follow their email.
He paid 22.5$ from Paypal subscription and why should he pay once more for their hosting.
This is the email he received from JustHost:

Chat InformationChat session has been terminated by the site operator.
Yes, and the support do nothing, they cannot help, cannot speak good English, slow on reply, and they do nothing but just ask customer to send email to their staff. Also compare to other hosting provider support, at least for those that we used, like Dreamhost and Hostgator, for at least 10 min after the last message, if you did not terminate your session, they will usually asked you again for what else do you need, and wait for few more minutes before they terminate their session. For this case, their support just terminate immediately even my friend haven't Terminate his session YET...
The same with Vitorywill from SitePoint:
On my first day with JUSTHOST, I started to learn that most of the statements on their site are false. Please look at this link on their site guarantees menu. Within that link, they claim, “We guarantee that you will be able to reach us and speak with a real human being, someone who speaks English and can answer your questions, fix your problems and help you resolve your issues.” This is a FRAUD. All members of their support team I have talked to do not speak good English and cannot help you resolve any issue. They are only there to advise you to send an email, which is usually answered about 6 hours later.
All he said was to reply to the email sent by Justhost, but however, my friend clicked reply, send an email, and this occur:
Hi. This is the qmail-send program at yahoo.com.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.
<sales@just.yahoo.com>:
Sorry, I couldn't find any host named just.yahoo.com. (#5.1.2)
<UNEXPECTED_DATA_AFTER_ADDRESS@.SYNTAX-ERROR>:
Sorry, I couldn't find any host named .SYNTAX-ERROR. (#5.1.2)
And they have a fake email to reply to...
My friend finally able to sent an email to Justhost to ask for a refund and cancel immediately of their hosting package. However, he just receive this email:
Dear KC,
I was just passed on your details by Sophy Gasson our Just Host product manager. She has informed me that you experienced some problems completing our order form to get your website up and running and hosted with us.
I apologise for any problems you may have found, and I believe Sophy has offered you a special 50% discount for your troubles. I wanted to personally drop you a quick e-mail to let you know that I personally take great care of every customer that comes through our doors.
We have recently been voted #1 host by many independent review sites including the famous www.thetop10bestwebhosting.com where we have been awarded editors and customer’s choice for the 2nd year running.
As a token of my appreciation, I have included a 50% off link below to get your website started.

This is their 4th email asking for click their 50% discount link. Why should he click the link to place a re-order?
His respond:
What was the problem with my order? I already Paid via paypal and It should be the Final step. If there was any things wrong you should not redirect me to the Paypal website to Pay.
Anyway, now you send me again a Link with 50% discount, Ok if I proceed to that link I have to Complete the order again which Means I have to "PAY AGAIN"? So you want me to pay 100% price Plus this 50% for the webhosting?
I understand what you are saying but I just ordered a reseller from another webhosting company. So please Refund me back my money in paypal and Cancel this pending order.
I am waiting for your action in Refunding the money.
Best regards,
DKC

Lol, this morning they did not called my friend, now, how long should we wait for their call? Forever? (2:58 GMT+8)
And my friend gave up on this, he is too tired of those bunch of emails and waste of time. He's now waiting for the "call" from JustHost. Who know when they will call? When will they cancel? When will they refund? Justhost is a professional scammer. I and my friend consider this is an experience. and always read trusted hosting review and search for scam keywords like: "Justhost scam". Good luck for your host and stay away from those bad, scam hosting provider.
Several other reviews for JustHost
Rhonda Greenwood:http://www.webhostingreviews.com/just-host-reviews.htm
It was confirmed on 11-30-09 that my account was cancelled at my request by Lea Golding a Just Host representative. Today, I double checked my web page to make sure that the account was cancelled; and I find out that my account has been suspended not cancelled. Also, a landing page comes up. On 11-24-09, Billings Supervisor, Richard Ford, states via email that my account will be cancelled at my request and that a refund will be issued. I have not received a refund yet. On 11-16-09, I emailed Just Host when I realized that unauthorized changes were being made to my ecommerce website. I was told that I had a Trojan Horse virus that had infected my files. I therefore paid Dell to reformate my hard drive in order to get rid of the virus. I archived my website files and scanned them for the virus. However, the attacks continued to happen. After consulting with a paralegal, I was told that Just Host is at fault for not securing my website; and that I have the right to sue Just Host. Today, I have called the Just Host 888 number twice just to be disconnected after a long wait. While I waited I reviewed some of the comments regarding Just Host. I found out that several others have been hacked as well. I can only be thankful that I chose to use PayPal only for Purchases from my online gallery "The Rhonda Rene Greenwood Gallery". I am also glad that I did not mail out my Christmas welcome letter inviting customers to my gallery. Never do Just host! Also, for those of you who may want to start a class action lawsuit against Just Host count me in "rhondagreenwood66@yahoo.com" I want all of my money refunded today. Rhonda Greenwood

I was thinking about changing from Powweb to JustHost as Powweb don’t do cheap deals for existing customers. The first call made to JustHost had me waiting for 20 minutes before answer. When eventually I was answered by someone who didn’t understand even basic English, I was cut off within 5 seconds. After another twenty minutes paying yet again to get through on the phone I gave up. Note this… this was SALES! which we know is always the most efficient department in any company. God knows how long it would have been if it had been technical support or billing. Needless to say I’m not changing to JustHost and have emailed its CEO Brooke Bryan on b.bryan-AT-justhost.com – I recommend all those who have been time-and-financially abused by JustHost to do the same.
I think I’ll try BlueHost… keep well away from these cowboys at JustHost.

That very good experience of your’s. I appreciate you posted on this blog so people can know how they scam and how rot their business model is.
You can try out 1&1, dreamhost. these 2 i’ve tried and using, they give good support for me, you should try out.

Further to my previous post above, I received a reply from b.bryan@justhost.com which is the address of Brooke Bryan, the Whois contact for JustHost.
JustHost writes: ‘We are very sorry for the inconveniences you had. We’ll try to avoid such situations in future. It was a mistake from our side, but I can confirm such thing won’t happen again. Please take our apologies. Thank you Kind regards, Alex Cooper Just Host’.
Putting aside my curiosity about the poor syntax, word choice, and punctuation in the message above, which doesn’t inspire a great deal of confidence in the company, I decided to see if JustHost was as good as its word. After a subsequent telephone call, waiting 18 minutes and still not answered, I hung up; such things will obviously happen again with JustHost.
This post, and my previous post, I’ve added to other forums, with the recommendation that people email b.bryan@justhost.com with polite but strong complaint… it doesn’t take a minute; JustHost might get the message eventually.
I have now signed up with BlueHost… they have a very good ‘live chat’ with real-person operators from the main page for customers and non-customers alike, unlike JustHost that uses a next-to-useless robot ‘live chat’. However, I’ve discovered one feature-lack of BlueHost, and most other web hosts including JustHost… the lack of a facility to upload from the upload client within Dreamweaver and Golive programs. My soon-to-be-previous web host of the last five years, Powweb, seems to be one of the few hosts that, not using cpanel, allows virtually instant very convenient uploading and site changes straight from within Golive. This might be a consideration for some.

I have just now signed up with JustHost and am not to pleased to be hearing about this. I too have gotten an email that said:
“I can see from our records that you attempted to place an order with Just Host today, but for some reason you ran into difficulties and the order was not completed.
To apologise for any problems you may have experienced, here’s a special link to receive 50% off the usual cost of our unlimited Just Plan!”
Yet they took the money out of my account and now they are saying they are having a problem getting my account activated AFTER the fact?
Now they want me to click on a link and purchase even MORE services from them?
Not bloody likely.

@everyone, please fire a dispute about them to paypal if you pay through paypal. They possibly refund you if they don’t want to be escalate to a claim.
More disputes and they will suspend Justhost from doing bussiness.
Just keep it up, guys

Do not believe the fucking Justhost.com.You will see what happend from email listed below.
the email from Nick Baker,so called Vice President of Just Host:

So, I followed the link and paid twicely.Absolutely SCAM.So I emailed them and asked for canceling my order. And I got an email listed below on 4/26 this year from Evan Gibbon of Billing Representative:
Thank you for your email.
I have canceled the order 1052140 but have seen there are two other orders which are for the amount of $41.88 and the only two payments processing at the moment from the card are for those two orders.
Both orders are for the same domain and hosting plan so one will need to be canceled. Have any other orders been placed for an account using the domain xxx.com?
So I replied and asked for canceling both of the two orders. And got email response from Evan Gibbon listed below:
Thank you for your email.
I can confirm the remaining two orders have been canceled and the authenticating payments have been voided. The funds should show as available on the account typically between 7 – 10 days.
If you require further assistance, please contact us.
Today is 5/05,I do not get refund yet.So I email today the cancel@justhost.com.And got an email from Lee Garrett of Billing Representative. The email listed below:
Thank you for your email.I can confirm that your order has been cancelled as requested.
So I asked Lee to tell me the refund sum and he replied:
Thank you for your email. You will receive a full refund as your order was not complete.
So I asked when I will get the refund.he replied:
thank you for your reply. Please allow up to 7 days for your refund to be processed.
And I asked Lee on 5/05:
On 4/26 I got an email from Mr. Gibbon of Billing Representative, and I was told the funds will show as available between 7-10 days. That is to say I can get my money before 5/06.Could I get my money before the day of 5/06?
But I get no response.
This is Justhost.com.

I have to say the Chat wiht the Chat online team of the justhost.com is the most worst experience I have ever had.
The autoreply system and the ticket system bothered me much.
May 5th, 2010 - 22:46
Maybe we should also critisize those irresponsible fucking Credit Card Issuers.
May 27th, 2010 - 04:26
A domain name registration bought from justhost.com was invoiced for nearly ten times the cost of the domain name registration [there exists justhosts.com, justhosts.co.uk, and also a justhost.co.uk, none of which have any connection to justhost.com , registered in the UK by Mr Brooke Bryan b.bryan@justhost.com address UK Head Office Unit A2, Segenworth Business Centre, Segenworth Road, Fareham, Hampshire PO15 5RQ UK : 'whois' also lists US and and Australian addresses]
Is this inflation of a cost what others on this and other forums have referred to, an accumulating cost arrived at by a potential customer simply looking through the web site pages and buying less than what has actually been looked at?
If this is indeed what is happening then it is a deception committed in pursuit of wrongfully debiting the bank account of another to credit one’s own bank account. An act that is a blatant contravention of The Theft Act (UK) and such contravention is punishable by up to 10 years in prison. And where there is an offence ‘all linked companies are to be treated as one’ (The Theft Act) with all the officers of all companies suffering the same fate.
Payment of the inflated cost has been blocked at the bank and any attempt by justhost.com to collect the total arrived at by such deception would indeed constitute an attempt (well documented) a conspiracy, to contravene the theft act.
On the two occasions in the past when two different web hosts – streamline.net and fasthosts.co.uk – deceptively took money from me that they were not due, I threatened fasthosts.co.uk and all officers leading up to United Internet AG (of ’1 & 1′ or ‘Eins und Eins’ fame) the owners of both mentioned above, to seek The Chief Constable of Gloucester’s assistance to indict for contravention of The Theft Act – needless to say I got every penny back post haste : I did actually write and ask The Chief Constable of Derbyshire to assist me in indicting Andrew Dollamore, then owner of streamline.net, but was satisfied when all money wrongly taken was bounced back into my account almost immediately.
I still wait to see if I will be writing to yet a third, Alex Marshall, Chief Constable of Hampshire – Fareham is in Hampshire, and to accord with UK law it is where the offence is committed that determines which Chief Constable you contact : and anyone can write, and all CCs details are online. This is white all ‘distance sellers’ must provide an address to conform to the UK Distance Selling Statute (Was it not good of the last UK government to put all the laws up for googling?)
